Rules

The market resolves when the winners of both the 2026 Democratic and Republican Primaries for United States Senator from Texas are announced. Resolution will be based on the overall winners of the respective primaries, including any potential second round or run-off, as reported by a Source Agency. If, for any reason, a candidate other than the primary election winner later becomes the official nominee, this will not affect this market's resolution. If a different combination of candidates than those listed wins the respective primaries, or if the results of the election aren't known by November 30, 2026 ET, this market will resolve to "Other". If the Texas Senate Primaries do not take place, all corresponding contracts will resolve to "No" The official resolution sources are the agencies listed in Rule 14.62(c) in the CDNA Rulebook, which can be found here [https://www.nadex.com/rules/].
